Education first
Technology should support teaching, not get in its way.
Running an Islamic academy is about much more than teaching.
There are students to manage, teachers to coordinate, classes to schedule, payments to track and parents to keep informed.
Yet many academies still rely on a mixture of WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets and disconnected tools to keep everything together.
We wanted to build something better.
Al-Ibiewi LMS brings the operational side of Islamic education into one place, so academy teams can focus more on the education itself.
Technology should support teaching, not get in its way.
Academy teams shouldn't need technical expertise to run their systems.
Qur'an, Tajweed, Arabic and the wider Islamic sciences deserve software that understands their workflows.
Al-Ibiewi LMS is built by Al-Ibiewi Studio.
Everything you need to know about pricing, curriculum tracking, website integration, and data privacy.
You only pay for students actively enrolled and taking lessons in your academy. There is no minimum, and the bill stops at ₦50,000 a month: from the 101st student on, every learner is free. Academies outside Nigeria pay the same price by card. If a student pauses or leaves, you are not charged for them. Teacher, administrator, and parent accounts are completely free with no per-seat fees, and monthly reports, report cards and parent fee collection are included in the same price.
Yes. You do not need to rebuild your website or migrate your domain. You can connect your existing site (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or custom code) using our official WordPress companion plugin or universal embed widgets.
Al-Ibiewi LMS is built for authentic Islamic pedagogy. It supports full Qur'an memorization (Hifdh), revision (Muraja'ah), recitation (Tilawah), Tajweed, Arabic Language (Nahw/Sarf), Fiqh, Aqeedah, Hadith, and Islamic Studies.
You can connect your existing Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting links directly. Teachers and students join with one click from their daily timetable without incurring expensive third-party video platform markups.
No. Online, physical, and hybrid Islamic schools can all use Al-Ibiewi LMS. A madrasah or learning centre can organise learners, teachers, timetables, attendance, lesson records, reports, and fees in one private school workspace, whether teaching happens online, in person, or both.
Parents receive their own dedicated portal. They can view today's classes, join links, attendance history, teacher feedback notes, and track Qur'an surah/ayah recitation milestones in real time.
Student data is strictly protected under enterprise tenant isolation, ensuring no school's records can be accessed by another. We adhere to child data protection principles (NDPA and COPPA alignment), and we never sell, monetize, or track student data for advertising.
Our team is happy to discuss your academy's specific requirements.
