The Quran academy admin problem

One lesson. Five places to update.

The teacher finishes a class, but the work continues: attendance in a spreadsheet, ayahs in a notebook, feedback in WhatsApp, the next link in a chat and fees somewhere else.

As enrolment grows, scattered admin makes it harder to know what was taught, who attended and which family needs an update.

Not a generic corporate LMS

Built around how Quran teaching actually works.

A Quran lesson is more than a video call and a present/absent mark. Al-Ibiewi LMS keeps the learning context that teachers, families and directors need after the call ends.

Quran academy FAQ

Questions academy owners ask before choosing software.

Practical answers about teaching workflows, parent access, integrations and pricing.

What is Quran academy management software?

It is the operational system behind a Quran academy: student and teacher records, lesson schedules, attendance, Quran progress, parent updates, admissions and fees in one place. Al-Ibiewi LMS is built around those workflows rather than adapting a generic corporate LMS.

Can we manage both online and in-person Quran lessons?

Yes. You can schedule the class, assign the teacher, take attendance and keep the lesson record whether teaching happens online or in person. For online lessons, the timetable can hold the Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom link your academy already uses.

Does it support one-to-one and group classes?

Yes. Private learners keep their own schedule and history, while named groups share a teacher, timetable, meeting link and conversation. Attendance, progress and homework still remain clear for each learner.

How is Quran progress recorded after a lesson?

Teachers can record the surah and ayah range, Hifdh or revision work, Tajweed performance, a grade and a feedback note. The system can continue from the last recorded ayah to reduce repetitive data entry.

What can parents see?

A parent sees only the children linked to their account. For each child, they can view upcoming classes, attendance, lesson notes, Quran progress, homework and relevant messages without accessing another family’s records.

Will it replace our existing website or video platform?

No replacement is required. Keep your website and the video tools you already use. Connect WordPress with the companion plugin, add an embed widget to other sites, or link directly to your academy portal.

How much does it cost?

₦500 per active student per month, with no minimum, and never more than ₦50,000 a month: from the 101st student on, every learner is free. Academies outside Nigeria pay the same price by card. Teacher, staff and parent accounts have no additional seat fee, and monthly reports, report cards and parent fee collection are included in the same price.

How do we evaluate whether it fits our academy?

Start with your real operating workflow: admissions, scheduling, attendance, lesson records, parent reporting, fees and data access. Our practical buying guide includes a vendor scorecard and implementation checklist, and you can contact the team for questions specific to your academy.
