Bilingual monthly progress reports, academy report cards and parent fee collection are now included in every Al-Ibiewi LMS academy's price, with no separate add-on and no second invoice.

Al-Ibiewi LMS now includes monthly progress reports, report cards and parent fee collection for every academy, at no extra charge. They are designed for academies that already record lessons and attendance in the platform and want to turn those records into clearer family reporting and fee follow-up.
There is no separate add-on to buy. Pricing stays simple: ₦500 per active student per month in Nigeria or $3 outside Nigeria, with a minimum of ₦5,000 per school per month ($8 outside Nigeria). The minimum covers a school's first 10 students; after that, each active student is ₦500.
A class record should be useful after the lesson ends. Attendance, Quran work, Arabic or Islamic Studies topics and teacher feedback can support a monthly family update. The same academy record can also support a formal report card and help the office understand which family invoice needs attention.
These tools connect those later-stage jobs to the lesson records already held in Al-Ibiewi LMS. They do not replace teacher judgement, decide a school's grading policy or move tuition through Al-Ibiewi's bank account.
At the start of a new month, the system can prepare a report for each eligible learner who had recorded classes in the month that just ended. It brings together attendance, Quran progress, Tajweed observations, Arabic and Islamic Studies topics and recent teacher comments from that learner's own lesson history.
Each report uses an English and Arabic PDF layout. It waits for 48 hours before automatic release so the school can review the reporting queue, hold a report, release it early or rebuild it if a late lesson log needs to be included. A learner with no recorded classes for the month does not receive an empty report.

Families are told that a report is ready without putting the learner's result inside the notification or email. The parent or adult learner opens the released report from their own authorised progress view. For the underlying lesson-record approach, see our guide to tracking Quran student progress across an academy.
Report cards are more formal than a monthly update, so the workflow separates drafting from approval. A school can start from Quran and Hifz, Arabic and Islamic Studies, or General templates, then edit its own subjects and grading scale. Subjects can use scores or ratings.

Corrections do not silently replace the history. A corrected published card becomes a new version, and the previous verification code shows that it has been replaced. The public verification page confirms a document's school, kind, period and issue date without naming the learner.
The school gives its bank account, chooses a monthly learner fee, an invoice day and an optional sibling discount. The platform can then make one combined monthly invoice for each family, covering that parent's active learners in the school.
Families pay online and Paystack sends the money to the school's bank account, so the school receives the full invoice amount. The school can also reconcile payments, mark a bank transfer as paid, send a reminder, cancel an invoice or pause a learner manually. A missed invoice never pauses a learner automatically.

Only active students are billed, and the price does not change however many reports, report cards or family invoices a school produces. See the current breakdown on the homepage pricing section.
Reports, report cards, invoices, bank details and payment actions stay scoped to the signed-in school. Teachers work only with their assigned learners. Parents see released documents and fee invoices only for children linked to their verified email in that school. Another academy cannot use an identifier to open those records.
These tools work best when the academy already has a consistent lesson-record routine. Our guide to managing an online Quran academy explains the wider workflow from enrolment and scheduling through attendance, progress review and family communication.
If you already use Al-Ibiewi LMS, open Monthly Reports and Report Cards under Records, and Parent Fees under Billing, in your school dashboard. If your academy is new to the platform, you can apply for an Al-Ibiewi LMS academy account and tell us how you currently prepare reports and collect family fees, or book a free 30-minute walkthrough first.
