Three terms, CA and exams
Your own CA and exam split, A to F grades, optional positions and the third-term cumulative.
Result computation, report cards, the daily register, Tahfiz halaqahs, CBT exams and school fees in one place, for the proprietor, staff, teachers and parents.

Not a foreign school system with Islamic studies added on.
Your own CA and exam split, A to F grades, optional positions and the third-term cumulative.
Qur'an, Arabic and IRS in their own section of a bilingual report card.
Halaqahs by memorisation level, with each pupil's Hifdh and Tilawah recorded.
Teachers take the register and enter scores on their own phones.
Subject teachers fill their own sheets, or a CBT test sends the scores in. The exams officer compiles, the principal approves, parents get the card.

One sign-in for the family, switching between their own children.

An Islamic day school runs two programmes side by side: the national curriculum from Nursery to SSS, and the Quran and Islamic Studies. School management software has to hold both: classes and arms, the daily register, CA and exam scores, broadsheets and report cards, Tahfiz progress, exams and term fees.
In Fusuli each person does their own part once. The form teacher takes the register on a phone, subject teachers fill their score sheets or a CBT test fills them, the halaqah teacher logs Hifdh and Tilawah, and the bursar records fees. The broadsheet, the report card and the parent's view all come from those entries, so nothing is copied three times at the end of term.
It follows the Nigerian three-term session, and each school sets its own CA and exam split and its own school days.
Yes. Three terms a session, CA and exam scores split the way your school chooses, A to F grades, positions on the card if you want them, and a cumulative average in the third term. Each school chooses its own school days, so schools that open on Sunday are covered.
Qur'an, Arabic and Islamic Religious Studies can be normal subjects in the class. Tahfiz runs in halaqahs: groups by memorisation level that can mix pupils from different classes. The halaqah teacher logs each pupil's Hifdh and Tilawah, and the report card shows the Quran progress.
A parent sees only their own children: the class, attendance, published report cards, Quran progress, CBT results and the fees owed, with a button to pay online. They are told the same day if a child is absent or late.
Yes, once you add your school's bank account. A parent pays the full balance through Paystack and the whole amount goes to your school's account; the family pays a ₦500 online payment fee on top. Payments made at school are recorded by the bursar with a receipt.
We can only speak for Fusuli, so compare their features and prices on their own sites. Fusuli was built for Islamic schools first: Tahfiz runs in halaqahs that can mix pupils from different classes, each pupil's Hifdh and Tilawah is logged to the surah and ayah, and the report card shows the Quran progress beside the subjects. Fees parents pay online go straight to your school's bank account. The same system also runs Quran academies and Islamiyyas, online or in person.
₦500 per pupil per term, paid before the term, after 14 days free to set up. There is no minimum and no fee for teacher, staff or parent accounts, and every feature is included. Each bill gives 7 days; after that only the office screens pause until it is paid. Parents, exams and published report cards keep working.
There is no trial, and you do not need one: we set your school up for you, free. Send us your class lists and staff on WhatsApp and we register them. You have 14 days to set up before the first term bill of ₦500 per pupil.
