In person, with the place
Set your school to in person once. Each class can say where it is held: the madrasah or a learner's home.
Run your Islamiyya or madrasah from one place: the register, Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies records, parents, report cards and fees, for evening, weekend and daytime classes at the madrasah or a learner's home.

Made for classes taught face to face, with the same records an online school keeps.

Hifdh and Tilawah by surah and ayah; the next lesson continues from the last one.
The Arabic topic and the Islamic Studies or dua covered, beside the Quran work.
Who came and what each learner covered, recorded after the class in a few taps.
After the class the teacher posts the homework to the class chat; learners and parents read it and reply in the app, not in a crowded WhatsApp group.

Families follow attendance and progress on their phones, and each month every learner gets a progress report made from the class records.

An Islamiyya or madrasah teaches Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies to many learners, often in the evening or at weekends, and usually from a register book, a teacher's notebook and a WhatsApp group. Management software keeps that work in one place: who is in which class, who came, what each learner covered, what parents should know, and who has paid.
In Fusuli a school that teaches face to face sets itself to in person once, and every class follows. A class can be one-to-one or a group, at the madrasah or at a learner's home, and an in-person class never shows a video link. After each class the teacher records the register and the lesson on a phone; parents see it on theirs, and the monthly report and report cards are made from those records.
It suits Islamiyya schools, part-time madrasahs and Tahfiz classes in Nigeria and beyond, including schools that teach some classes online.
It is the system behind an Islamiyya or madrasah: learners and teachers, class times, the register, Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies records, parent updates, report cards and fees in one place, for classes taught face to face.
Yes. Set your school to in person once and every class follows it; you can still make any single class online. Write where each class is held, at the madrasah or a learner's home. An in-person class never shows a video link: teachers, learners and parents see "In person" and the place.
No. A teacher marks who came and records each learner's lesson on their phone after the class: the surah and ayah range, Hifdh or Tilawah, the Arabic topic and the Islamic Studies or dua covered.
A parent sees only their own children: attendance, lesson notes, Quran progress, homework, messages and fees. Families get their sign-in details from the school on WhatsApp, with no e-mail to confirm.
₦500 per active learner per month, with no minimum, and never more than ₦50,000 a month: from the 101st learner on, every learner is free. Teacher, staff and parent accounts are free, and monthly reports, report cards and parent fee collection are included.
There is no trial, and you do not need one: we set your school up for you, free. Send us your list of teachers and learners on WhatsApp and we register them. Then you pay ₦500 per learner a month, and a learner is billed only after their first 5 days.
